Payment

We offer all kinds of card payments. Our payment gateway is running through trustworthy companies like Danish ePay and the international renowned PayPal. We charge no card fee when you make a payment through us.

Delivery

We offer world-wide delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Purchases made on www.stroembikes.com have 3-5 days delivery.

Right of cancelation

At STRØM Bike you have 30 days right of cancelation. The right of cancelation expires 30 days after the day you receive your product/s. You must, within 30 days from the day you receive your item notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by emailing us at ride@stroembike. You have to make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of cancelation. You cannot use your right of cancelation simply by rejecting the goods without giving us clear message on this.

Returns

In order to return your order, you have to ship your product/s back within 7 days after notifying us that you want to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for the product and that it arrives in the same condition as when you received it. The product must contain its original packaging and original condition before we return it. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of receiving the delivery.

You are only liable for any deterioration of the products value caused by other handling than what is necessary to determinate the product and its functions. In other words – you can try the product in same way as you tried it in a physical store. If the product is used/tried beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, meaning you only get part or none of the purchased amount returned. You can try the product, but not take it into actually use.

Refunds

If you regret your purchase you get the full amount you have paid refunded. We only refund part of the full amount in case of a depreciation of the products original condition. If you use your right of cancelation, we will refund all payments received from you beside shipping costs. The money will be refunded the latest 14 days after we have received your inquiry about the cancelation. We conduct such a refund with the initial payment method used unless other terms has been agreed. We may withhold the refund until the product/s is received unless you have provided us with evidence that the product has been returned and delivered to our company address.

If the product/s arrives damaged or broken

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to products purchased on www.stroembikes.com. When you make a purchase at www.stroembikes.com you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get your product repaired, swapped, money back or discount depending on the actual situation. It is of course a requirement that the claim is justified and requires that the product is not damaged or broken due to incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be accepted. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your purchase and shipping costs. The product is sent to the address listed under ‘Refunds’. When you return the product, please state the problem as detailed as possible.

Notice! We do not accept packages sent on cash on delivery. Remember, the product must always be returned in the same protective packaging as you received it. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.
